Spatial intelligence for crews who work beyond the signal.
We turn the Esri licenses you already pay for into offline-ready safety and risk systems for aviation, field and linear-infrastructure teams. Everything is built inside your own ArcGIS and cloud tenant, delivered in weeks with AI-assisted engineering, and handed over for you to own.
The problem
Your Esri licenses sit in the back office. Your crews work in the dark.
Most organizations with field, aviation or corridor operations already pay for ArcGIS. The data rarely reaches the people in the cockpit, the truck or the right-of-way in a form they can use with gloves on and no signal.
Hazards arrive late
A sighting in the field becomes an email, then a spreadsheet, then a map update days later. The next crew flies or drives the same route without it.
Maps built for desks, not cockpits
Cluttered basemaps, small labels and many taps pull operators heads-down at exactly the wrong moment.
Offline is an afterthought
Route packages are assembled by hand and sent by email. When the connection drops, the map does too.
Zero SaaS lock-in
We build on what you already own.
No proprietary platform to subscribe to, and no data leaving your environment for ours.
Built inside your environment
We architect and deploy directly in your ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise organization and your AWS or Azure account, under your security policies.
Put existing licenses to work
Enterprise Agreements and Named User licenses that sit underused become offline-ready maps and capture tools on field tablets, in trucks and in cockpits.
You keep everything
Python automation, vector tile styles, dashboards and documentation are yours at handoff. No license fees to us after the project ends.
What we deliver
Four capabilities, one field-ready system.
Each can be delivered on its own or combined into a single platform.
A cockpit and field interface that works in one tap
One backend feeding two mission-specific Esri mobile apps at once: big-button, single-tap hazard logging for eyes-up patrols, and precise map work for navigation, editing and clean-up.
- Track-up directional navigation and coordinate editing
- App-to-app handoff through universal links that work on MDM-managed iPads and phones
- Obsolete hazards retired from the map, not left to clutter it
Automated offline packages: resilience when you go dark
Scheduled Python jobs turn route files and enterprise layers into lightweight mobile map packages, so crews always have the current map before they lose signal.
- Route shapefiles and enterprise layers compiled into .mmpk automatically
- High-contrast vector basemaps with enlarged corridor labels and no satellite clutter
- Small packages that sync fast over weak connections
Airspace and ground deconfliction
Live positions from drone fleets, public ADS-B aircraft feeds and field crews, cleaned and shown on the same map with the details an operator needs at a glance.
- Telemetry ingestion from commercial drone APIs and public ADS-B sources
- Arcade expressions for altitude, active time windows and operator contact
- One shared picture for aircraft, drones and ground crews
AI-accelerated risk and integrity dashboards
Siloed operational and asset-integrity data brought together in one executive view, built with an AI-driven development lifecycle (AIDLC): spec-first, AI-assisted, engineer-reviewed.
- Unified risk scoring across operations and asset data
- Documented, tested code your team can maintain
- Delivered in sprints, with a working build every iteration
Reference architecture
A decoupled data mesh with two edges.
Every source lands once in hosted services you control. Every device reads the same single source of truth, online or offline.
Data sources
Route files, enterprise layers and live feeds.
Processing engine
Scheduled cleaning, enrichment and packaging.
Enterprise data mesh
Hosted feature services as the single source of truth.
Dual client edge
Fast capture and precise maps on every device.
Industries
Built for operations that move across large, remote areas.
Select an industry to see typical uses.
Air attack, water bombers and ground crews on one picture, even with no signal.
Spotter aircraft log fire behaviour in a tap; ground crews get current perimeters offline.
- Airspace deconfliction between aircraft and drones
- Offline fire-perimeter sync for remote crews
- Single-tap observation logging from the air
Helicopter and drone line patrols that report straight to the asset map.
Inspection findings arrive as located, photographed features, not notes to retype.
- High-voltage line inspections from helicopters
- Vegetation encroachment logging along corridors
- Drone and crewed-aircraft deconfliction
Track and corridor inspections at speed, with maps that never need a download in the field.
Corridor packages are rebuilt and pushed automatically, so every crew starts with the same map.
- Hi-rail track inspections
- Washout and obstruction logging
- Automated offline corridor map distribution
Show your clients your fleet inside their own GIS portal.
Mission overlays, live telemetry and compliance records delivered where your client already works.
- BVLOS mission overlays
- Live fleet telemetry in client portals
- Safety and compliance tracking
Disaster response mapping that keeps working when the network does not.
Field teams edit road closures and log damage offline; the operations center sees it as soon as they reconnect.
- Zero-connectivity response mapping
- Road-closure editing in the field
- Rapid damage assessment with QuickCapture
Right-of-way patrols and asset risk in one view.
Aerial and ground observations feed a risk dashboard that combines them with integrity data.
- Aerial right-of-way patrols
- Excavation and encroachment monitoring
- Multi-source asset risk dashboards
What we design for
The outcomes every engagement is built around.
We agree measurable targets for your operation during the architecture audit.
How we engage
Short, fixed-scope sprints instead of year-long integrations.
Start with a two-week audit, prove value with a pilot, then scale. Each step ends with something working in your environment. We send a fixed-fee proposal after the discovery call.
Architecture audit & offline blueprint
A review of your Esri organization, mobile workflows and offline failure points, a reference architecture, and a working custom basemap prototype.
Field mobility pilot sprint
Linked QuickCapture and Field Maps setup, an automated offline packaging script, a high-visibility basemap and crew onboarding, inside your tenant.
Enterprise telemetry & AI risk platform
Live telemetry ingestion, regional offline packaging at scale, an AI-accelerated risk dashboard and security documentation.
Fractional principal GIS & AI architect
Advisory, map package maintenance, new data feeds, and upskilling your team on AI-driven development.
Typical large-integrator project
- New platform licenses or subscriptions
- Months of discovery before anything ships
- Code and styles often remain the vendor's
Djamgatech Field Intelligence
- Uses the Esri licenses you already own
- Working build in your tenant every sprint
- All code, styles and documentation handed over

FAQ
Questions we hear first.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. We build with the ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise licenses and the cloud account you already have. If a gap needs a new license, the audit says so up front.
Are you an Esri partner?
No. We are an independent practice that specializes in the Esri ArcGIS ecosystem. We work inside your Esri organization alongside your existing Esri relationship.
Who owns the work?
You do. Scripts, styles, dashboards and documentation are handed over at the end of each engagement.
Can you work with our IT security and device management?
Yes. Designs account for MDM-managed devices, single sign-on and your cloud security policies, and the larger engagements include security documentation.
Can you sign an NDA and work remotely?
Yes to both. We are based in Calgary and work with teams across Canada and the United States.
How is AI used in delivery?
AI tools help write, test and document code from an agreed specification. An engineer reviews every change, and nothing runs in your environment without your approval.
