Djamgatech Corp. (“we”, “our” or “us”) publishes the websites and mobile applications listed below. This policy explains what each of them collects, what they do not collect, and what we do with it. Where our products differ, this policy says so rather than describing them as if they were the same.
1. WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
- Websites - djamgatech.com and enoumen.com.
- Djamgatech and Djamgatech PRO - iOS and Android certification study apps.
- DjamgaMind: AI & ML Tutor and the AWS Data Engineer study apps - iOS and Android.
- The application hosts
djamgatech.web.appandmachinelearningcertification.web.app, which serve the screens these apps display.
If you arrived here from a listing on the App Store, Google Play or the Microsoft Store, your product is named above. If it is not named above, this policy does not describe it. Other Djamgatech Corp. products - including Read Aloud For Me and the DjamgaMind Kids titles - are published on their own sites and carry their own privacy policies, which differ from this one. Follow the privacy-policy link on that product’s store listing.
If you reached this page from a product that is not named above and you cannot find its policy, email info@djamgatech.com and we will send you the one that applies. Some of our older applications are still served by earlier privacy policies that we are in the process of consolidating into this page; until that is finished, the policy linked from a product’s own store listing is the one that governs it.
2. WHAT DIFFERS BY PRODUCT
This is the section most people are looking for, so it comes first.

None of the applications listed in section 1 contains an advertising SDK. There is no AdMob in them, and no advertising is served inside any of them. Within the scope of this policy, advertising appears only on article pages of djamgatech.com and enoumen.com. Other Djamgatech Corp. products not covered here do serve advertising; see their own policies.
3. TRACKING, AND WHY THE iOS APPS SHOW NO PERMISSION PROMPT
The iOS apps listed in section 1 do not track you, in the specific sense Apple defines. They do not access the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or any equivalent device advertising ID; they contain no advertising SDKs; they do not link information from the app with third-party data for advertising or advertising measurement; and we do not share information with data brokers.
Because those apps do not track, they present no App Tracking Transparency prompt. There is nothing to consent to. Analytics on the Android builds and on our websites is first-party measurement used to understand which study material is used - it is not combined with third-party data for advertising, and it is not tracking under that definition.
4. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Information you give us
The apps work without an account. We do not ask for your name, email address or a password in order to use them. You give us information only when you choose to: subscribing to a newsletter, submitting a contact or lead form on our websites, or emailing us.
Information stored on your device
Quiz answers, scores, streaks and preferences are kept in local storage on your own device and are not transmitted to us. Study reminders, if you enable them, are scheduled by your device; we operate no notification server and receive nothing about them.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records ordinary web request information, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. Where analytics is present (see section 2) we receive aggregate usage data such as page views, session duration, approximate region and device category.
Purchases
Paid versions are sold through the App Store, Google Play and Stripe. Those providers process your payment; we do not receive or store your card number.
5. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the service, to deliver the pages and quizzes you request, to detect and prevent abuse, to answer messages you send us, and to decide which study material to build next. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
6. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed only:
- to infrastructure and service providers acting on our behalf - Google Firebase Hosting, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Stripe, and our email provider;
- to legal authorities where we are required by law to do so, or to protect our rights and the safety of others;
- to a successor entity in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
7. TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for Google Tag Manager and, on article pages, Google AdSense. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; parts of the sites may then behave differently. Google’s use of advertising cookies can be managed at Google Ads Settings. The mobile apps do not use advertising cookies.
8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our pages link to third-party sites and services that are not operated by us. Once you follow such a link, this policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices you find there.
9. SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No common standard for responding to DNT signals has been finalised, so our websites do not currently respond to them differently. The iOS apps listed in section 1 do not track regardless of any setting.
11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@djamgatech.com. Because the apps require no account, we usually hold no personal information about an app user to retrieve.
You can unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in its footer, or by emailing us.
13. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures. California residents under 18 who have posted content publicly on our sites may request its removal by contacting us; removal does not guarantee complete removal from our systems or from third-party copies.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date at the top when we do, and material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
